I have the same question. My pictures are too big to post directly on a forum. I have to post the pic to the image gallery & put a link on the forum.

I have an Android and I'm having the same problem. I used to be able to change the picture resolution on my phone. After it updated itself, I can't find where to do it now. All my pictures are more than 2 MB now.

You need to adjust your pixel settings to 640x480 then the pictures will be correct size for website downloading.
