I know nothing about this subject so need some help. How is web painting accomplished by the pros. Not the spray can type, but how the pros do it.... question 2. Among the spray can types for webbing, what brands are best.

I've always used Krylon, always worked well.

The pros use a 2-component polyurethane paint base color, sprayed on. The webbing is similar paint applied with a special spray nozzle that makes a fine jet of paint rather like silly string.
