I think it's a two against one ploy. Have Kanye hammer on whoever the Dem nominee is and make them attack Kanye. Trump gets to sit back and let them duke it out. Kanye steps down and endorses Trump and the Dem nominee has to deal with having attacked the black candidate who now endorses Trump.
A week or so ago he said that he'd pulled out. Now he's back in? He's at least somewhat pro-Trump so if he's still in, I'm guessing that he's just trying to split the Dem vote by pulling blacks away. That's a good thing. Maybe he'll be another Ross Perot.
