Well, most of us knew this was coming.
Brennan was at the top of this, now that Barr has exempted Comey, McCabe and now Brennan, it’s quite clear that Durham and Barr will not investigate and indict any of the Key players higher than McCabe.

But the "Corruption Monitor" Barr's job is not to investigate, indict and prosecute, his job is delay and protect the Institution (Deep State) at all costs. When President Trump is defeated by the most corrupt election in US History, William Barr will be rewarded.

There will be plenty of individuals and entities indicted for crimes committed in 2016 leading up to the election. While Durham's role in this remains unclear at this point, I think it's fair to say the great majority of the charges will be for financial crimes. The amount of money raised and spent in 2016 was unusual and it has drawn the attention of at least 3 U.S. Attorney's Offices that I'm aware of, and probably Durham as well. A lot of shady money got spent to influence that election.
These types of investigations take years to unravel. But we might see some action this month. If not now, than after the 2020 election. Barr himself has said he doesn't want to see politicized charges in the days leading up to this election.

I believe there will be some justice denied in the end. There are still two benefits which we can gain:
1) Political theater which will help trump get elected
2) Even if low and mid level players are prosecuted it is a win.
If no one gets prosecuted it will be a complete failure.
