Anyone know what’s going on with these folks? Traditionally, they’ve been quite responsive. I ordered an Eotech a couple weeks ago And was told the order was being processed. Just got an email telling me the item is now on back order. I wasted 30 minutes trying to talk to someone....and had to deal with other things. Has there CS gone to hell? I’ve ordered a half dozen times from them and their CS was always fantastic. I get Covid has impacted many businesses..... I’m just not accustomed to this level of service from the them. Any recent experience?
