Could be either; would depend on build date. I can’t tell from those pics. If I had to hazard a guess I’d lean slightly towards McMillan. Seller has the timeline reversed however; brown made them first then McMillan took over in ~’90.

Looks like the seller added some pictures (or I missed them initially). If I am reading it correctly (under the coating) and the barrel code is BV, then it is 100% McMillan.
