In 1976 I bought a Navy Arms Commemorative rifle in 44/40 caliber. It was commemorating the Indian victory at the Little Bighorn in 1876.I paid 400 or 450 dollars for it.I was 25 years old and there was no way in hell I would by a firearm and leave it in a box,{still feel that way}.I even hunted with it once, all total I fired 30 rounds through this rifle.I now want to sell it,or trade it for a 10 ga side by side. Can anyone tell me what this ornate rifle might be worth? It is 698 of 1500 made. Thankyou.
Alot less than if you had left it in the box...Thats all I know. And I'm of the same belief, guns are meant to be shot.

Lever action saddle carbine,is how I would describe it.Engraved picture of Warrior on one side.Commemorate Indian victory at Little Bighorn on the other side June ,25 1876.If I can get one of my kids to help, maybe,I can put a photo of it.
