I got a letter from Sen. John Kyl, today.

Looks like a standard " Category: Labor Dept." form letter, but assuring me that concens will be fowarded to Dept Labor.

I can understand that not all 15 thousand and two members hang out on a regular basis, but even half of them would swamp OSHA in a day.......

I commented to my Senators and my Repesentive. I also made sure that my Step-Daughter knew what was happening. She recently graduated law school and passed the Bar in Arkansas and has a lot of friends and aquaintences. Just because we are not Jawing on this thread, does not mean that we do not care and are doing nothing. miles

Bombarding OSHA with anything rolling around on the deck is cool.....and probably an indispensible FIRST step...

Step 2 is lighting up elected reps....and that does not look as time consuming as step 1

Step 3.....your Fish and game Depts.

Step 4....tell your local Vendor / Supplier that if they don't get with the program, ....they've seen your last nickle. Give them all prerequisite worksheets, and help them mobilise. 'Fore ya' know it, they'll be out there stumping.....right beside you.

From there on out.....hell, get creative....
