Well, our good buddy in SCOTUS just gave them 3 more days after the election to count votes..................that will of course, get extended once the election is held & the Dems say that they can't get them all counted that fast, but that every vote MUST still be counted.
It'll be pretty open ended unless the court (plus ACB) is willing to put a stop to it at some point.

Democrat Plan: Keep House, win Senate, impeach and convict Trump, then Pence. Stealing the WH would just be a bonus. They’re not getting a 2/3rd majority in the Senate to convict. I’m praying that we keep the senate and narrow the house margin. The Democrats are likely to fall into chaos after the election and if the house majority is narrow we may be able to pass some reasonable legislation by peeling off classic liberal Democrats from the far left socialist Democrats.

Without the presidency they’re not going to be able to do chit. There’s no way they can get to a veto proof majority. All that can be accomplished is shutting down the government when the continuing resolution funding runs out. The Democrats will come to the table when the welfare constituents run out of money and big business can’t do business with regulators shut down.
