It loves the factory Hornady 225 ELD-M; it routinely shoots in the 0.3”-0.4” neighborhood at 100 yards and holds 1/2 MOA to 600y (farthest I’ve been able to shoot it). It’s getting 2850 FPS with this factory load. After much deliberation between keeping this vs. a CA Mesa LR 7mm RM, I’ve decided to stick with the 7.
This is actually a very well-balanced, handy-feeling rifle, at least much more so than most precision rifles.
I have the factory mag plus a 3-round that fits flush with the bottom of the trigger guard, both CIP length.
I’ve got all the once fired brass and an unused set of Hornady does that can be worked into the equation.
Scope, rings, bipod not included.
Asking $1350 for rifle and rail. $1600 for rifle, rail, dies, brass, 60 rounds factory ammo, and extra mag.
I would prefer to trade for a 6mm Creedmoor or maybe 6.5 PRC, preferably in a Bergara Premier or Christensen; I can add cash for the right deal. Would also consider other trades, and very interested in a Fieldcraft in 6 CM or 6.5 CM.
A member made a full-price purchase offer and is patient enough to let it stand for the time being, but I’m not going to make him wait forever. So, please get a trade offer in soon if you’re interested.
The PRC is currently wearing a 4.5-18 LRHS mil with bubble level and Butler Creek caps, and since it’s zeroed, squared up, and ready to rock, I would be willing to let it go with the rifle for an additional $775.
