Interarms was/is an importer of firearms. So it could be just about anything. You'll have to dig deeper, figure out where it was manufactured, proof marks under the barrel will tell you that and there might be manufactures code or trade mark there also. Good clear pictures of the markings on the underside of the barrel would be a plus, also any other marks on the rest of the barrel and action will help.
