While I am disappointed in the recent presidential election, there are some countercurrent thoughts out there.
Should Biden/Harris takeover, the stage could be set for a massive Republican comeback in 2022 and 2024.
Here is where there is significant probability of Democrat failure:
1. - Antifa is not going away, they will go after Biden with great vigor, Biden may not handle it well and thereby greatly irritate both the right and the left. I view Biden/Harris as weak patsies. Antifa will go for the throat.
2. - COVID-19 is not going away. The demos may react with more restrictive measure and loss of personal freedom. Everybody will chafe.
3. - Biden’s son is in China’s pocket. So is old slow Joe. China may bully and humiliate the US.
4. - Biden will prove to be anything but a “uniter.” He will continue to play to his party base. The gulf between red and blue will be greater. Blues will begin to turn red.
5. - It remains to be seen what Biden does on gun control. I suspect very little as he is not completely senile. Even my liberal, Biden voting acquaintances don’t want more gun control. They have become frightened.
6. - I would expect an increase in our “little wars” and the Middle East may get much hotter. Biden/Harris will be seen as weak by Putin and Erdogan and they will push to their advantage.
7. - The economy of the US and the world will tank. Biden will not know what to do..... inflation and joblessness issues will be albatrosses around his neck.
Of course these issues would still be with us if Trump somehow pulls it off, but that is not the issue nor the point. Biden/Harris may go down as the worst prez/vp I out history.
Wasn’t it obama that said something like Joe’s ability to screw things up should never be underestimated.....?
When pressure and troubles come, Joe and his beep will not handle major issues well. They only know how to go to the party playbook ....... .....the out of date book that gives them 20th century answers to 21st century challenges.

Edit to add: The 2020 election was an “anybody but Trump” election. Biden/Harris do not have broad support among the people.

Look for a stress test of NATO like nothing ever seen before. The blueprint was drawn with the soft takeover of Crimea.
