The Conservative Majority Supreme Court aint going for that BS; especially if all the fraud in the election favored Biden. They arent rewarding him with the Presidency...They will declare the entire election tainted, not state by state, especially if Trumps team can prove the software systems were involved...If it goes to the House to vote Trump will win. Each state legislature gets 1 vote and Trump will have 31 votes to 19... The state legislatures don't have a say if it goes to the House. Each state delegation in the U.S. House of representatives gets one vote. The state legislature is out of it at that point. Trump should win 26 to 22 votes in that case.

Time for T to saddle up and move on to bigger and better things.
Here's the deal: Trump resigns before the end. Pence pardons him and his boys. I'm not predicting this just read it on the Webnet...must be true.
Actually makes sense as he and his boys have a great deal of civil/criminal exposure once he is out of offoce and the Democrats are chomping to destroy them bigly.
1 stop drinking fortified wine ie your Maddog 20/20.. 2. How is Pence going to pardon him when he hasn’t been convicted of any crimes. 3. Democrats in the house have been denutted big time they have no super majority, they hold the majority by 1 right now, in theory enough to pass a bill. But AOC and crew are blaming Pelosi for the lost seats in the house.. 4. Read #1 again How is Pence going to pardon Him? President Ford pardoned President Nixon who was never charged or convicted of any crime. A pardon would free up a lot of money, time, and other resources to pursue more important issues. Also I think his net worth is nowhere near the amount he advertises. And a lot of that is in real estate which is not liquid. Also he lost a lot over the last four years. PS Our wines are never fortified, never have been. Would you like to try a bottle of our 2016 Tempranillio? I still have a few dozen cases in the cellar. PM me with your address and card number and I'll ship tomorrow. Price is $76.00/bottle plus $15.00 shipping continental US. Also have a 2016 Syrah at $87.00/bottle, same shipping. lol after further reading yes Nixon was not charged but as Ford said with a pardon it would mean a crime had been committed. So with that trump is not going to resign. Have your people get with my people..
Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

From what I read Iowa still has 1 district undecided, so the makeup is 26 or 27 state delegations are Republican, Democrats have 20, and 3 or 4 are tied. Look for major shet to break out in the event it goes to the House to make the selection. I think it will break out before then. Presumably the 20th amendment supersedes the 12th; it will likely be argued before the SCOTUS that the selection requirement in section 3, in case the president-elect does not qualify, has been fulfilled by the law naming the line of succession. If successful with that argument, Pelosi, or whoever the next Speaker is, could be the president.

Can you imagine if the Supreme Court invalidates the Presidential election, based on proven massive election fraud, and ends up sending the election to the State legislatures for disposition, according to the 12th Amendment. With 30 state legislatures controlled by Republicans, that would assure a Trump/Pence just victory. Talk about exploding heads. The Fake Media would stir up a hornets nest which would result in anarchy across the country. And that's a very real possibility. We can only hope it happens. And I'm not worried whether the left accepts it or not, they haven't accepted 2016 yet either.

[quote=Hastings]Aren't you a registered Dem? Yes, and a Trump supporter. Saad! Why? When you get right down to it Trump is not really a Republican either. He is a populist and for the working man and the regular guy. That is why you don't see a substantial number of Republicans putting up a real fight for him. I don't like national Democrats worth a crap but our state Republicans in most cases are pieces of excrement themselves. Trump is for himself and no one else. He wouldn't know a working man or the regular guy, if he bumped into one at his golf course - which would never happen anyway. To him, they are only suckers and losers. How does anyone here, fall for this guy?
