2013 Ruger M77 Hawkeye Ultra Light 7mm-08. Walnut stock and stainless. Less than 20 rounds fired. Excellent condition. Comes with Ruger mounts and rings (stainless).

Looking for Winchester Model 70 (any iteration) in 257 Roberts, 6.5 x 55 or 7mm Mauser. I own featherweights in all three and always looking for more. Would consider any bolt action in those cartridges but seeking equal value. My Ruger has barely been fired and is an interesting piece for those that like the Ultra Light model.

How much does it weigh and how much cash do you want to trade for it?

Without a scope it weighs 6.25 pounds. With the Redfield 2-7x33 on it now it weighs 7.5 pounds.

I hadn't intended to sell it. If nobody is interested in a trade I may list it for sale.

Question, what do you think the value of your Ruger is? Some of what you're asking for in trade is of considerable value (think Featherweight in 6.5x55).

I may have something you're interested in but would like to know what you think the value of your UL is before going too far?

I haven't considered what it might be worth to sell outright. But you make a fair point. I paid $1000.00 for my Featherweight Swede 9 years ago. It's a 1990 push feed model.

The Ruger Ultra Light is worth whatever someone who wants one thinks it is. Like I said, I never really considered it. I'll try to post some pictures.

One of the primary purposes of currency is to be a medium of exchange to facilitate trade; otherwise you have to have a double matching of needs; i.e, the baker can only get meat when the butcher wants bread; just sayin.

I have more close up digital pictures of the rifle but it seems I'm limited to what I can post as attachments. Any suggestions?

It's the bright stainless version. I wish I could post more pictures. The digital images I tried to load appear to be too large.
