I have a pair of the old Riserva Hi GTX models that have been spectacular for me. These boots are only worn about three times a year and are three years old. Upon pulling them from my closet for the first wear of the year both of my soles came off and I noticed that the cushion exterior between boot and sole has dryrotted completely. They have lived a well taken care of life and have always been stored inside.
Both of my emails have been kicked backed.
Anyone have any experience or tips with their customer service , warranty , replacement etc?
