I’ve been needing a pair of Binos for a few years now. Always stayed too wrapped up in buying guns, scopes, fishing equipment, etc... I knew whenever I decided the time was right to buy I’d go 10x in a Leica, Swaro, or Zeiss. While at cabelas a few weeks ago I noticed they had these Leicas in the display cabinet. I looked at them briefly but it was hard to tell anything about them while in the store. Didn’t even realize they were “Rangefinding”. I’m so bino illiterate I didn’t even know that was a thing. Long story short, the wife surprised me with them. Like I said idk much about Binos and arguing over 8x vs 10x vs 6x and warranties and what not, but I’m more than pleased with these the little bit that I’ve played around with them. That knife's not too shabby either.

That knife's not too shabby either. Thanks. That’s a newer offering of genes. “Trim hunter”. I’m liking it a lot.

My only tip on the Leica’s is to sew up that slit on the neck strap that secures the binos to the strap. The slit is too large and I can tell you from experience that there is no worse sound than your new Leica binos hitting the pavement because one of those attachments let go. Tough binos, but not good for bouncing on hard surfaces.
