That I have to listen to that jackass Joe Namath peddling the Medicare Advantage plan with all of it’s free stuff.

I called about it back in the summer and to get all of this “free stuff”, I had to agree to pay 50% of a certain number of days of hospital stays out of my own pocket - but don’t remember how many days.

I said no thanks and hung up on the lady.

I never call anyone

Thanks to Joe, I can't say the word 'meal' anymore, after hearing a thousand times about 'free mill delivery'........

I bet it's not the last time. Those commercials were running before the Medicare change period. And now they've roped Mike Ditka into doing them, too.

On or about Dec 7th, is, however, the day of the earliest sunset in the Northern Hemisphere. The shortest day comes on about Dec 20, but tonight is the earliest sunset.

Joe’s always been a huckster. Now he’s just an old washed up huckster who looks like he’s been rode hard and put away wet. Sold his soul for a few silver coins.

Wouldn’t believe a word he says. Medicare is a scam by politicians who steal a lot of money in Medicare premiums - for mediocre healthcare coverage - from those of us who spent a lifetime working hard as hell and being smart about putting away for the future and giving it away to people who think they’re getting ‘free stuff’ from the government, to buy their votes. My wife and I are paying much more for our healthcare ‘insurance’ now that we’re retired and getting a lot less choice than when we were working.
