Had this the other night, likely will be my leftover dinner tonight. Had leftover turkey soup for lunch , with buckwheat groats instead of rice/noodles. I think my Russian side came out  But, back to dinner the other night. Dear wife grilled a small NY strip perfectly that we shared with oven roasted zucchini slices mopped in grape seed oil and Parmasan.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

We killed a few geese, fewer ducks, pup got to retrieve several. Ate real good and got some brushing projects done, so it was a good trip.

Ate well at duck camp this weekend. Elk backstrap, mushrooms with garlic and wine, smashed garlic potatoes and a salad. Looking good!! The Hazy's pair well with moose cheese burgers also..
