You're in that grey zone where wasting 7 points on a general tag seems dumb, but you don't have enough points for a realistic chance at a really good unit. There are good deer throughout the state, but the general hunts will make you work for them (not that the draw areas won't).
If you're looking for quality antlers: Region G. You'll be with the crowds though. If you're more after the experience and don't want to deal with the crowds, I'd look at the draw odds and pick a limited entry unit pretty much anywhere in the state.
If you want lots of big antlers and no crowds, keep saving your points.

Region G will be the best use of your points.

Region G has good trail access. Many hunt it on foot and some backpack hunt to get away from the crowds. It's fairly large so prescouting and research is a must. I've hunted it several times back in the 90s and 2003. Feel free to PM me.

You won’t be able to escape people. Backpack and horse hunters at the head of every drainage.

Chester is right, lots of folks all over G. Horses will not get you away from the crowds.
I would look for an area with late Oct . season and hunt the pre rut bucks.

There's always been crowds on the openers in G but if worked right it can pay off. And pressure tends to drop off later on. It comes down to how hard one is willing to work and what their expectations are. Good luck!
