we're back to the age of flintlocks. I'm just stating that fact and letting you ruminate on it. And no, even in His Awesomeness, I don't think Digital Dan can pull this off by hisself. He gunna need backup.

Fugk I'd better get my ass on Amazon and start looking. lol
But in all honesty, I have a TC Hawken flintlock I can't remember shooting in over 20 years. (there's been a lot of whiskey under bridge in the mean time so I can't be sure) My son was bugging me the other day to shoot it. Went digging through my schidt and found a lb of 4f and a lb of 3f, the bullet starter and spring loaded flashpan charger, but no powder measure, or balls/patches. Went out yesterday and found some round balls, but nothing else. I need to get some more flints, and etc etc etc

Guess we should all be stockpiling a product we didn't use for decades because who knows, someday we might not be able to get any? LOL Maybe we should do like Sharpsguy and start buying Depends now for our old age.

Yeah, but I was turned off my the mess and cleanup as a youngster. I'm more patient now, and seems like I'd appreciate it more. Maybe not, we'll see .

What so many called "hoarding" for years sure seems to make sense now, huh? There are those who stacked it deep when it was cheap because they knew this was inevitable.
Those folks are still shooting...

35 k here, years of prepping for retirement and living on a fixed income. Thanks for the diaper idea, expect they'll require a bit more shelf space.

2nd Amendment says nothing about ammo, or reloading supplies. Can buy guns but if you can't feed them, they are like a car with no gas
I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects
I have a shotgun so I have no need for a 30-06.....

Dunno how a genuine loony could run low on primers. Truly. Yeah, flintlocks rock and all that. Did ya know you can recharge primers? http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?410816-Reloading-primers-with-toy-caps-results

Goat gruff you only clean it after you shoot it, my tc 50 has been loaded over 3 weeks now, when I'm hunting it's capped, end of the day I pull the cap. Don t think to many guys way back when got caught with an unloaded front stuffer either. Mb
