What's your take on the 3-15Xs? Are they fully usable at 15x? The reason I ask, I had a 20x I had a hell of a hard time using...just flat couldn't see through the sonovabitch (swapped with SWFA for a 10x which I like much better).

Mine took a while, but it and the added accessories were all in the box. I think it just depended on what was ordered. Some like mine were in the pipeline when ordered.

What fresh Hell is this?

RR,

I've multiple 3-15's,encompassing FFP and SFP both, along with the MQ and MQDM reticles, none of which "struggle" at 15x. Hint.

The 20x MQ is easily their weakest offering and the 10x MQ,easily amongst their best. Hint.

FFP is the only way to roll, which of course literally aligns the MQ reticle, with the erector and at any/all magnifications. Hint.

The elder SFP's in MQ and MQDM are a series of concession, due their being SFP and tossing a like language away from erector to reticle. I don't have any 3-15x's in MOA and wouldn't. Hint.

What is the application? What platform?

Stick, you ever tried any Vortex Defender scope caps? They are much more robust and tougher than the flimsy Butler Creek caps...I know you are tough on your rifles so it might be something to consider......Hb

The Vortex is a fhuqking joke. Hint.

BC break-in. Hint.

BC re-break-in. Hint.

1000 words. Hint.

Everything below Zero on the erector is 100% USELESS and folks are quick to forget that. XTR Signatures are without peer in arranging mechanically centered windage and elevation inclination, while being exceptionally rugged/reliable and nice to tubes. Hint.

The XTR Signature's sole bane,is relative ring height and if they offered lower 30mm's,they would not be able to make them fast enough to supply demand. Hint.

I want 75 MOA inclination upon MANY platforms,in order to align a friendly zero and the ability to incorporate an entire erector's mechanical correction quotient,to the application. Scope selection, reticle selection and mounting selection all plays a part. The Signature XTR's are invaluable for correcting Manufacturer shortcomings or QC woes. Hint.

I've got dozens and dozens of 'em,with nary a glitch or failure. Hint...................

Stick, I'd be interested in using them on anything and everything from bolt-action sporters to ARs. The reason I asked is because of how bad my SS 20x was. No need for a lot of Xs on the top end when you can't see through the scope. I do like my SS 10x for sure.
