I use a Dewey bore guide in my 308 Montana and it works well. The 22 cal. version should work for you, I would imagine.

On the other hand, the Dewey cleaning rod doesn't work with the Montana due to its large handle. I use a Pro-Shot cleaning rod on Kimbers.
