Does anyone have this scope and/or have an opinion on it as a set it and forget it scope to go on a back-up (maybe a back-up to the back-up) rifle. It would be going on a Browning BAR in 270, if it matters.

Thanks

I just got that one delivered yesterday with the illuminated E3 reticle.

Played with it multiple times throughout the day, but got too busy to check how it looked at o'dark thirty.

Reticle showed up better than the short version found on my E1.

Clicks are really crisp, with no slop or mushiness.

The illumination had a lot of flare on full power, but got back to normal at sane lightness levels.

The lighted + appears as more of a dot on 2X, which will work just fine.

I'm a fan so far......

I thought it might be China made. I couldn't find where it was built though. Where are the Fullfield IIs made that are highly recommended in the sub $200 scope thread?

I just bought a couple of Fullfield II's from Doug. The Fullfield II's are made in the Phillipines and are a good & tough scope.

The Fullfield IV's are made in China, and that's a no go for me.

I understand the desire to not support the CCP - but my question is what is the quality of the Fullfield IVs? Is the quality and toughness there?
