I bought this rifle brand new in the early 90’s, I am the original owner. Medium dark, hand cut checkered, nicely figured Claro walnut stock with an ebony forend tip. It has a grip cap. It has a 26” barrel. It is the 9 locking lug action. It has a Leupold Vari-X II 3-9 mounted with Leupold base and rings. The entire set-up is perfect in every way, inside and out. No dings or dents or scratches or blemishes...none. It functions flawlessly. Only 20 rounds have been fired through this rifle. It is in immaculate condition. It shoots lights out with Weatherby factory loads with 270 grain PT-EX’s. No box, no trades, not interested in separating scope from rifle. $1500.00, and I’ll ship the rifle to your FFL (who must be willing to accept shipped firearms from non-licensees) in the lower 48. First posted “I’ll take it” followed by a PM gets it. Thanks for takin’ a look.

Sweet. Wish I had a need for it! Do my eyes deceive me, or is there no muzzlebrake on that beast? That would be kind of an uncommon sight on a .378!

The original ClassicMark’s had muzzle breaks standard on the .416 and the .460, but not on the .378; the design of the straight, classic style stock and a barrel of sufficient heft (along with the heft of the rifle itself) make the recoil more manageable. It’ll still get your attention though.
