Down here you have to be a "fit and proper person" and that "...takes into consideration your criminal record and potential health issues". Not sure what "potential health issues" would be.

They can make it anything they want it to be .
They already designated you as a trrest worst than any in Iraq.
The use of medication, any notes on med records. Look around at the medical tyranny that already has been enforced. They will also make stuff up because of your dossier says you may be a threat. Since the seventies, the police would steal the guns from any man accused by an angry wife who wanted to trade for another man. She'd just say, I'm afraid he might hurt me and the judge says, here's the list she gave me. Go get em boys. I guess that those members here would give up their jobs before doing that, but they know some who will. 127 Makes it easier as everything comes down to administrative procedure these days.
