First off I screwed up the pricing. Hang me.. 😂😂 I thought it seemed high......Somehow I had it in my mind that $60 per box was $4 per round. Embarrassed!😳 So here is what I was thinking... 76 x $3 = $228 (not $304) Plus $45 for the brass and others and shipping...
New and correct price is $273 delivered.....

Well here's a good discussion about it. Firstly there's liability because what's safe in your gun may not be safe in someone else's gun and there's always the possibility that you made a mistake.
Secondly you'd be considered a manufacturer and for that you need a FFL. You'd be smarter to bump the price of the factory stuff and say that you are giving the handloaded stuff away.
