I was a vortex skeptic until I bought one. My PST2 scope has been great. Love all its features, and so far the mechanics have been spot on. Bought a cheaper Strike Eagle for a non-serious gun, and the reticle moves when you turn power ring. Not sure if the gas gun killed it, or it was defective... vortex had it less than a week, and it's on it's way back. Curious what they say...

Why does vortex warranty suck? 🙄 They will tell you that you didn't torque your rings properly and it voided your warranty when you really did.

I am not sure what it is but I have a hard on against Vortex
But honestly I am under the impression that they stand behind their scopes 100% no matter what
I do think they have very good customer service
I am just not a fan

I feel the same way about bushnell. I cannot wrap my mind around dropping $1000+ on bushnell, but people love them on this forum 😬

Weird I called them today about a diamondback 4-16 that I got on a rifle. Decided to pull it out of those rings to throw on a 22 and damn if the old owner didn’t dent the tube. Called a vortex and told them what I knew and 5 minutes later had an RMA with a guarantee it will be repaired or replaced
