Upgraded Howa Mini Action 223 for sale. This one is the 1-8 twist version with muzzle threads of 1/2x28 with a few upgrades. Rifle has the Bell and Carlson Stock and Jefferson Outdoors bottom metal installed. This rifle has shot everything from 40 grain ballistic tips to 75 grain ELDs well since I have had it. Has one finish blemish on the barrel that the pictures make look worse than it is.
The only trade interests I would have would be upgraded Ruger 10/22’s or 10/22 clones.
