Hello all,
I am going to be loading up some 125 grn bt for some reduced loads in a 7600 carbin in 30-06 for my daughter to hunt with this season.I am looking for some loads with h4350,h4831sc or aa3100. Or what do you load?

I wouldn't use those powders for reduced loads. Look to Hodgdon's youth load data.

I had a look on there last night.I don't have access to h 4895.The nearest store that sells powder is a long ways away.I have never tried to make a reduced load before. The reason I was thinking AA3100 is that in the 308 win in the Nosler manual they list 46grns at 2380 fps.I know it's a different cartridge but I thought it may work.I am calling around to everyone that I know to see if I can find H4895.

Koot,
If you can find IMR 4759 that should work great. 31 grs will give you 2400 fps with a 30/30 150 gr type bullet. My son likes it! Otherwise I would use something like 4064/4895 burning rate.
You might try the Sierra 125 flat base too! My wife shoots those in her 308.
Good luck to you!(and your daughter) grin

The powders you mentioned are not suited for reduced loads.

Pop,
Duh?
4759 is the best powder for reduced loads that I am aware of.
4064 with light bullets would be far better than 4831 or something like it. Just my opinion of course.
