You knew this was coming: Ma'Khia Bryant's biological mother 'plans to SUE' as family blame foster system for failing daughter, 16, after she was shot and killed by police. - Deja Torrence, the 16-year-old girl's cousin, told Insider that her mother Hazel Bryant had spoken with Bryant's biological mother Paula throughout the week; - Torrence said they were in talks with a lawyer to file a lawsuit; - It was not immediately clear who the family wants to sue or when it would be filed; - Members of the family have claimed Bryant was failed by the foster care system before her death; - Angela Moore, Bryant's foster mother, told CNN on Friday that two of her former foster children had showed up to the house to to celebrate her birthday; and - Moore said the girls then fought with Bryant over the tidiness of the home. Cop pulls up and the front yard looks like a sanctioned fight scene, with foster dad already part of a physical assault. Why hasn’t he been arrested? It’s all on video too.

local news reported what caused the fight
the other two girls that showed up were former foster kids the woman kept. It was her birthday and they dropped by to wish her well, but saw how messy the house was and started telling McStabby she should help clean up up. That didn't go over very well apparently.
