I will often mix ground turkey in with the ground beef and pork in meatloaf. Chicken only doesn't sound too good.

to answer your question, i think chicken meatload would be hard to pull off. ground poultry just doesn't work for me. years back my wife was on the turkey burger kick. i said i would rather eat a peanut butter sammy.

Wife does turkey meat loaf on occasion, usually comes out OK.
But, I had to tell her when we first got together.........."meat" comes from some critter with fur. That's why "poultry" has it's own section in the store..........because it's really not "meat"
