I have a pair of UGLY 870's for sale that would make great bedroom or truck guns. They sat in the basement for 15 years and are rusty and crusty but all cycle fine. I wiped them down a little and cycled live rounds through them but never actually pulled the triggers. The smooth bore slug gun has the worst rust and has a fiberglass forend and walnut stock. The other has a 28 inch MOD plain barrel and miss-matched wood, both 2 3/4 inch guns. As I said, these are NOT safe queens and are butt ugly. They would be good candidates for coating or the old Krylon treatment. Payment can be made by check of any kind. The price includes shipping from me (private citizen) to your FFL in the L48. First public "I will take these" will own it. $275 each to your FFL.

I've seen such corrosion from blood too, particularly on suicide guns that sat in the evidence room for a couple years.

People sleep peaceably in their beds at night because rough men stand at the ready to do violence on their behalf.

Nope, just a damp basement.
