I made some chili, then discovered I didn't have any sour cream to put on top, so I tried some cottage cheese instead!
It was actually pretty good! I think I might have discovered a good alternative!

I have used HVR dip in a pinch, so why not cottage cheese? I would eat it.
Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.
I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

We have feta cheese in the fridge all the time, and cottage cheese. I plunk in feta, but never tried cottage cheese. I'll give it a go.

How stands the anti-bean militia on the matter of the inclusion of cheese?

Beans in chili, socks with sandals...If it isn't prohibited by law, it's just a suggestion. Do what you like. Want to substitute cottage cheese or plain yogurt for sour cream? Go right ahead.

It cooking the beans in the chili that should result in beatings being administered. Ah, thanks for the clarification. I assume that ice in whiskey is acceptable as long as it is added after it is poured rather than during the distilling process.
