I'd really like to find a clean Remington Model 513S.

I need to get a Hammerli 208 or 215. They are a hoot to shoot and more accurate than some of the rimfire rifles I’ve owned.

Well today I traded a pair of Zeiss 8X30 HD Conquest Binos for a Winchester 52b 22LR repro made in Japan. I got the binoculars for sales and while I couldn't resell them I found a great way to trade them towards a rifle that scratches that full size rimfire itch.

Certifiable thats a nice M48 you snagged. I have a newer one with the 6 inch barrel. I bought a M18 and a M34 from Chris. in the last couple of months.

Hi guys I been lurking in the shadows long enough. 3 cz 452's 2 Americans 22 lr and 17 hmr . 1 452 22 lr varmint all with trigger kits . All easy 1/2 and better at 50 yards . Truck gun Ruger 10/22 . Marlin 22 mag.Remington speedmaster, tikka t1x 17 hmr just mounted scope range trip tomorrow. Tikka T1x 22 lr waiting on rail and trigger spring . Several different 22lr hand guns. 1963 54 match anschutz 22 lr. 15 weeks in Vudoo v22 s order . Have I got it bad or what . Saving all my match ammo for the Vudoo. If v22 s works probably another Vudoo . And yes my Ruger precision rimfire 22lr I like it . Hell I like all my rimfire . Really never met 1 I didn't like.

Picked these up over the course of the last several weeks: Had to do a little work on them......... The bottom one I will attempt to make a centerfire bolt out of, dedicated to DDs 22GTC project..... PS: DD I could use a range date to see how they shoot .

Might get an M&P compact pistol, or maybe my first 10/22, finally. Have owned plenty of rimfires but never got around to grabbing one.

Muffin, I appreciate your devotion.
I’m thinking it might be fun to make a .45-70 rimfire.
I am..........disturbed.

Traded some unicorn ammo that I had no guns for at the lgs for a Remington 580 22LR that had a spot of rust on the barrel. She cleaned up really nice and I am happy for another. I have a Remington 513-T and a Savage 2 but it is always good to get rimfire rifles when you can.

So you are saying that the CZ is better than the Tikka accuracy wise, good to know as I really could not decide. That's why I'm picking up a CZ 457 "Trainer". With that 25" barrel, it will be plenty accurate for my needs.

I've decided to look for a 22 mag. There is a nice CZ on GI. I have no experience with this brand but have read good things.

Think my next one is going to be a Stevens 66. They’ve got one that in rough shape at the pawn shop for cheap and it’s making me consider taking the mechanicals and building it up as something different

Just ordered a CZ 457 Varmint MTR. Hoping it will shoot well. I'm putting an Athlon Midas TAC 6-24X50 on it.

I'm thinking along the lines of a tack driving rifle. Maybe something built just the way I want it with a medium heavy fluted barrel and a nice piece of wood. Probably a 22LR but won't rule out a 17 In rifles .. looking at the Christensen Ranger. It has the features I want. A buddy has handled one and suggests I wouldn't be happy with it so I should see and handle one before buying. That's hard to do today. Might build a 10/22 but I'm really in the mood for a bolt action. Handguns .. I just picked up a S&W "Classic" K-22 / model 17. I just mounted a scope today and plan to test some ammo on my next range trip. Thinkin' about a 4-5/8" or 5-1/2" barreled Single Six next. Tom I just bought a Christensen Ranger, like it so far. Waiting on a different scope. Haven't shot it a bunch, but easily shots 10 shots in a nice round 1/2" group @ 50 yards when damn wind isn't blowing around here. Bolt is a little tight feeling, but I think it will smooth up with some shooting time.
