A whole bunch of us got a real belly aching laugh over most of that garbage he tried to pass off as "exhibition" and "eye popping" wood. Almost all of that crap wasn't fit for firewood.

Oh, I can only imagine the childish vitriol that is spewing from his pie hole right now. I bet he is foaming at the mouth and beating the hell out of his keyboard trying to type something even more despicable than what he has posted before.

High Fence you are killing me here --- on one hand you post about how you ignore me but then have to make comments and sit at your keyboard waiting anxiously for the next reply. You should be pricing out the next hunt---it is Sunday and that means allowance day YEAH!

Fellas;

My apologies to all but Boss Hoss on this thread.

I should not have let any POS get under my skin like that. But, I did.

I'm sorry.

Where I'm from, if you start talking about a man's wife and his kids, you get your azz handed to you. That part of me, runs deep.

And, while in the USMC, I learned a bit more about honor. Again, a man's family was sacred; you cross him about them, and your azz is grass. Again, that part runs deep.

So, when someone takes a cheap shot at me, about the woman I am soon to marry, my fidelity to her, and my character as a father to a little girl who holds my heart.... well, I get a bit testy.

Again, fellas, for those of you who read this and weren't involved, I apologize for the language, and for the reaction that shouldn't have happened.

That said, if you touch my wife and kids.....

Sean,

I don't think you'll find anyone here who thinks differently.

Sean,

Rarely will you find a man with so little dignity as to cross that boundary, but distance and the anonymity of the internet seem to have taken any modicum of honor, dignity or manners that BH may have ever had and strewn them to the wind. As CAS said ignore is your friend. I've never agreed with the need to ban anyone, but in all these years I've never seen someone continually stoop this low. As far as I'm concerned no need to apologize to anyone.

Don't sweat it VA. Unless you were outside this weekend, then you were likely to sweat.

No problem, VA.

You are by far the lesser of the evils........when somebody (BH) says they are done (posting) they oughta just quit & be done.

I still covet the red & yellow 257 Roy on the Howa.

Got an action I'm considering rebarreling to that caliber as I'm getting antsy tho.

Wow this got nasty from where it first started!

VA there's a time to cuss and a time to fight, with as many miles that separate you cussin was bout your only option.

I ain't big and I ain't bad, but you'd get every ounce of me you wanted and some you probably weren't counting on you talk bout my wife or kids like that....up to and including getting your trophy shooting rifle stuck up yer fat azz.

That was uncalled for, plain and simple.

In general I like Texans I've drank and fought with a bunch of them, both here and there. But there's lines that aren't to be crossed.
