They were introduced in 2019 and Norma claims a BC = .612 which is very high for a hunting bullet of this form (it doesn't look too long). Has anyone here loaded and used these bullets?

Never heard of them but I hope they consider them as a component and not just loaded ammo. I’d give them a go.

They are available as components. There are also some reviews of the loaded ammo in US shooting/hunting magazines.

A Swedish enthusiast has posted a video on Youtube and tested the BC. He found it to be somewhat less (around 0.530) which is still very good but not exceptional as Norma claims:
