I'm not good with it. More CCP tactics. We need to push back.

@jameslavish

If you work 40 hrs/wk: at 5% inflation and after 5 years, you need a 28% pay raise or to work 44 more hours (*one full extra week* per month+) to make up the difference.

This is inflation

The scary thing is that if the officer posted something that makes others think they aren’t objective, they can lose their certification. Right now, that means any comment that can be construed as conservative.

They’ll likely be hiring the people they hate.

I think a "GFY" bumper sticker will be a hot selling item for awhile to come.

Might look into that. smile

So the cops that police the cops are treating the cops like the cops treat us?

Looking at and into them to see what they have done that they can be
punished for?

Like Stop and Frisk. Or roadside registration checks?

Ain't Right!
No matter who does it to whom.

We’re probably not too far away from having every Americans social media probed for inappropriate opinions that offend or scare the radical leftist.

Call it Minority Report 2.0...Wait, that sounds racist...Call it Patriotic Americans need to be in jail.

Not that I condone using Faceberg and the like for any purpose at all, but the access being requested would allow them to view content that wasn't "posted" for public consumption, such as direct messages and the like.

But me, I NEVER post anything anywhere that could be construed as objectionable or hateful by any reasonable person.

This will chase more officers into retirement or outright getting clear out of law enforcement. I don't blame them one bit. I have said it before, in 20 years there will be no LEO's on the street. This just confirms my point.

Very much like the total access to anyone for your medical information when you apply for a firearm. Been that way on the concealed permits. Ain't nothing sacred in WA except for the membership roles of Antifa and BLM.

Agree with the first paragraph.

The second, it sure as hell is about the First Amendment if your employer IS the government; aka a police officer.

Imagine how deep the probing must be for a Top Secret clearance. I have 2 grandkids interning in the aero space and telecom fields who have explained the screening process for the serious jobs and say that stupidity at a party is more damaging than political philosophy.

Documenting bad behavior is a common occurrence in the world today and smart people adapt. I am glad they inherited the sneaky gene from grandpa.grin
