You technically don't get fired, you quit. So I'd buy the no unemployment argument. Company policies are being worded VERY carefully so that its your choice

I’m happy that I’m retired and do a little consultant work from home. I’ll decide if and when I take this so called vaccine, not some dot gov or corporate weenie. End of story for me.
