Walked into the local Cabela's while running another errand. Like many of you, I peruse the gun counter on the off-chance that there will be SOMETHING left-handed on the rack.
Benelli Super Black Eagle III.
It looked lonely so I took it home.
I had to tell SOMEBODY!!

There are 2 rules to success:

Going into your local toy emporium without a plan can be dangerous! Sounds like a good score to me thought.

That’s awesome! I love how those feel in my hand and they shoulder so well for me. I’d no doubt have one if it had a tang safety, which is what I prefer. Until then, I’ll keep shooting Mossbergs.

You done good! Also, doesn't the BPS shotgun have a tang safety?

Great pick up, think you will love it. I had a SBE II and sold it, regretted it for four years, finally found another a the local GS and jumped on it. Hoping I have learned my lesson.

You done good! Also, doesn't the BPS shotgun have a tang safety? Yes it does. I have one of those too. It’s a solid shotgun and great for lefties with the bottom eject. The downside is that it is pretty heavy. Great for shooting out of blind or at the trap range, but not something I would want to walk around the woods or upland fields with.
