Around here, it seems every old dairy farm had a 4010 for a chore tractor. I'm not a huge green fan but those tractors never die.

Maxxums are good tractors.

I nearly bought a 140 Maxxum that was leased to the state prison farm. Price was very good, but it didn't have a loader, and they didn't seem to be able to find one for it.

This is a fairly low hour, one owner, no loader which we don't need anyway.

Plan is stick it on the mixer wagon and park that 6430 in the weeds....lol

I, on a personal level, hate quad track designs.

The non articulated track tractors are good. I hate the quad design though.

Did mention that before?

That's alot for a 656 unless it's been restored or overhauled.

kwg

Okay, maybe not that bad but I very much dislike the electronically controlled rear SCV's when it's -20F....

I would much rather have a standard version without the fluff!

Hey Sam. We got a 2016 140 maxxuum. Pretty good tractor. If you thinking about lifting 2 bales which I know you are never suppose to. Hehe. But anyway they a real short wheel base and super light in the back. Also that electronic hydraulics does the loader is kind of a hurky jerky SOB. The air ride cab though is life changing.

kwg, the 656's are anywhere from $5-10 on tractorhouse.

This one is a runner, but like most 50 year old machines, has a few leaks here and there.

C, are you guys still dry as a mofo?

It greened up a little here, nothing to brag about.

Two bales at once?!

You heathen....lol

Two, 1300lbers, yes.

Two, 1700lbers be careful.

With our 'bigger' loader tractors anyway!

I want a 7810...

Musselshell had/has a 2015 version of your machine, loader, 1200 hours, $82k.

The older 115 with no loader is $39k.

I just bought a Kubota M5 111 with the 12 speed transmission. Got a 12ft bat wing shredder. Looked hard at the John Deere but the Kubota won out. I also had some warranty issues with a John Deere Gator, which didn’t help their standing.

Dang ! That should make my 1966 Oliver 1850 with the Perkins diesel worth at least $5000. No electronics, everything mechanical and definitely no DEF.

I have a 656 with a Hiniker cab and the only thing wrong with it is that it is a gas engine. :Like the H Farmall sitting beside it, I don't run them enough to keep the gas fresh. I should get both of them running smooth again and sell out.

All the tractors on the farm are gone now, but the Massey Ferguson 399 was my favorite.

I blew up the battery on it last year. I need a new battery but we also have a Super M on the place and it has taken care of everything the Oliver did. I guess it is worth more than I thought.
