Finally I think I hit a pretty nice trifecta. Not long ago I picked up a Beretta 75 that is a nice shooting 22lr pistol and lightweight. The other is an old Winchester 12 20ga pump. The rifle can be any of my lefty Rugers a Savage 99 or BLR. Any will do.

So I finally got a small light 22lr, plenty of rifle choice, and a nice 20ga. What about those 3

Sounds good, but unless you have stuff sitting in corners, a couple you can’t find, and at least one you forgot you own, you don’t have enough……..

Never met a critter that can't be put down with a 20 ga. or a .22 for that matter.

I am..........disturbed.

Concerning the difference between man and the jackass: some observers hold that there isn't any. But this wrongs the jackass. -Twain

I've got that problem and have been unloading a lot of things to nephews since I've got no children. I'm trying to come up with an 3fficient setup for where I live in Idaho to take bear, hoofed critters, grouse, quail, pheasant and fowl.

I have a new KTM 690 Enduro and it allows me to access Ridgeline and single track where these grouse hang out. I can have the little Beretta 22 pistol if I want to go really light. The Model 12 20ga takes down so it's easy to transport on the bike to get to my intended areas. These are the easy ones to transport.

I found a nice REM 870 20g Wingmaster the other day that I forgot I had. I was scratching my head for a while trying to figure out how it got there!🤦🏻‍♂️

if a man speaks, and there isn't a woman around to hear him, is he still wrong?
