WTS a Remington 700 Stainless 338 Winchester Mag with McMillan painted by RickBin.

I purchased this rifle here on the classifieds and this McMillan on the 24 hour auctions in 2007. I sent the McMillan to Rick to paint using the CAS recipe lol. I took the rifle to Alaska that year and took a nice Caribou. Its been in the safe ever since. It has a 24" barrel and is in excellent shape.

I am looking for $1200 for the rifle with McMillan stock. If you want the Talleys and the Leupold VX-3 2.5-8 Matte Scope then it would be $1500 for everything, Face to Face in South Florida, I will ship with insurance to your FFL for $50. I am not interested in any trades.

Thank you. I’m sorry I do not know what it weighs. I am on the west coast till Wednesday but even then all I have is a bathroom scale at home lol. It’s not overly heavy but also not a super light rifle. I know this isn’t a big help but I carried it for 10 days in AK and it wasn’t horrible by any means.

Thinking back to 2007 when I got and hunted with the rifle, I remember that when I got it I purchased some federal, fusion, and Winchester ammo and what I ended up using that had the best groups was the Winchester 225gr accubond bullets. I shot my caribou at 120 yards and it fell with 1 shot. I don’t remember or have any group measurements, etc. sorry.
