Sent out 2 sm flat rate boxes 2 day priority. Total distance 70 miles, 7 days later still not there. Weather not an issue in Ca. So the slow down promised is a stop. WTF!

I have had more lost mail in the last year than in all of the last 30 years. The USPS is the poster child for dumb [bleep] and incompetence. But hey, they value diversity so I guess all is well.

My truck registration renewal and stickers were lost in the mail. What a pain in the arse to get replacements.

On October 11th, my 4 MDT magazines were shipped by the buyer, priority mail, from Oregon to me in Montana. Tracking showed them "In Transit" for 21 days. They finally showed up yesterday (11/1) with a USPS worker having "re-covered and re-addressed" the package which was mangled. Here are how my magazines arrived. Oh well.

They have more important things to do than ship our stuff.
They have to get the Chinese Amazon out, and spy on us, and that's not easy.
Think. It's not illegal, yet.

It's Trump's appointee Louis Dejoy that's the Postmaster General, that heads up USPS...he's promised slower mail service and higher prices, you can't make this chiit up.

I quit using usps for shipping of anything. UPS gets all of my business.

Did anyone notice the $.75 "temporary" price increase from 10/1-12/26 on all flat rate boxes?
They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

Did anyone notice the $.75 "temporary" price increase from 10/1-12/26 on all flat rate boxes? Just noticed it today. Small Flat went from $8.65 to $9.35 - doubt it will be temporary also

They charged me $9.20 and added a week transit time. Bloody bastards!

Sidepass: The chip on their shoulders entity known as the "usps" has been horrible for the last 50 years (since about 1971 when the "union" became even more militant than prior!). I try to never use them myself. My larger than average list of horrors with the usps and my various attempts to rectify them has been for naught - they (the usps)seem to get worse, more expensive and more arrogant/defiant every year. Privatization is the ONLY possible solution. Sad. Hold into the wind VarmintGuy
