Yeah those lefties are "mine' in the same way a son or daughter is yours forever. They are owned by the customers now, but I stull think of my creations as "mine".

I am not left handed but 11% of the population is. However about 1/4 of all the guns I make are LH guns.
People have learned I will do one in left-hand if they ask, so they tell other left handed shooters, and I ended up making a lot of them. Word of mouth, shooters talking to shooters. It's brought me a lot of business over the last 40 years.

Not rare per say, but scarce. Bought it because of this, for my lefty son in law, but he is craving a lefty tikka in a .270 so it sits !

Thanks for sharing. New lefty member here from Northern Arizona. I would love to share pics of my rare rifles but the pictures are too big. I have a few Coopers, Anschutz and custom 700s. I tried to downsize them but it’s a lot of work and me being in my 40s, is a lot to understand so I gave up. I almost have to get it done on a computer rather than a phone or iPad. Do any of you know of an easy way to downsize them? Is there a way I can get excused from downsizing on my posts?

I have a LH Win M70 Classic, customized into a takedown with two barrels and forends in 338/06 and 25/06. Fills a lot of needs!

Do you have any pictures that you can post.
I always like to see takedown rifles.

Not rare but rare to me I guess you could say.Brother picked up a mint left hand Remington BDL in 308 for me that he found at a gun show. Like it better than the Hawkeye 7mm simply because of the recoil factor.

I have a couple of A-bolts and a Ruger 77 hat are Leftys but the only thing that I have that's anywhere close to rare is a Remington 788 LH. There's only one thing that makes it different from the 6mm's and 308's already mentioned and that's the fact that someone before me had it re-bored to 358 Winchester and failed to remark the barrel.
It was originally a 308 Winchester and since it was marked that way I loaded up a few and went and shot it. I couldnt hit a barn with it and the recoil was almost nonexistent. When I picked up a piece of the fired brass the picture all came together and I realised what was going on. It shoots fine but the thing just doesn't fit me well.

My "rarest" which it's not really rare but as expensive as some custom guns nowadays(eventhough I got it for $875 and it had been shot like 5 times) is a Weatherby LH Mark V Accumark in 257 Wby

These are great guns. It seems like all Left handed guns are rare. I'm having a hard time finding one I'm looking for.

Anschutz 1416L Custom Classic

This is basically a regular 1416DKL with the stock extensively reworked to be a sleek sporter.

The Anschutz Classic stock is very blockish, almost like a Varmint stock. The last picture shows the same stock unmodified...Tom
