Switching over to Wilson expander mandrels for most of my hunting rifles. All mandrels are set .001 under bullet so spring back would give me ~.002. Anybody running these or this neck tension have any issues with bullets moving in your mag during recoil?

I use Sinclair expander mandrels and have specifically tested my .308 loads and confirmed no bullet setback in the magazine during recoil, even after multiple shots.

Ok, and the Sinclair’s are .001 (.307) like the Wilson’s?

.001 under is a good place to start but once you realize how much easier it is to control next tension with a mandrel, you'll end up with a few different sizes per caliber.

On second thought I might spend a bit more $ and go with the 21st Century for better sizing selection.
