Make a pot of beans, I use this recipe but without the brisket and only a little chili powder. When beans are done you smash them up in the frying pan with bacon grease or lard. https://www.homesicktexan.com/2015/07/pinto-beans-aaron-franklin-barbecue.html

Borracho beans are better IMHO. +1 Really miss that HEB quit their online shipping once COVID started. Love their Shiner barracho beans.
