I've never warmed up to Glocks or the M&P. Have a 226 and some revolvers. Ammo for some calibers has been difficult to find without a crazy price but 9mm has been the exception.
Mostly though, like guns and want to add something different but since I haven't heard much about these I definitely wanted to ask about it first.
If you already have a 226...you have what is about the best DA/SA on the market. You definitely won't be gaining anything with the CZ clone.
To each their own on the Glock/M&P issue. I don't understand any aversion whatsoever to a polymer framed, striker fired pistol that works, all the time, with nearly zero attention and that has limitless aftermarket support....bit everyone's boat gets floated differently.

Friends have Glocks and I've shot several, nothing but good comments about them and their reliability, but for some reason I don't ever stop to look or consider them when at a store...I can't explain why that is.
Went to the gun shop this morning after I spending sunrise in my deer blind. Someone bought the baby eagle earlier this week. Maybe a Colt Commander shows up next time, no discussion will be needed.

Lucky Gunner hits on why you have that reaction in this video:
