I recently purchased a 3-10x40 Lightseeker 30 from Doug a couple months ago. I like it very much for the optics, just as good as the Conquest I own, in my opinion. The ocular housing is about 3/8 inch longer than that of the Conquest which puts the eye relief almost too close when mounted on my T/C Encore, shooting a 338-06, it's mounted with Talley one piece. The scope is as forward as possible. I get a slight brush to the eyebrow, but no contact.
The reticle is somewhat thin, which agrees with me fine. And the stadians, if you will, on the Ballistic Plex, are very short, nothing like the Chistman Tree. I haven't played with the plex at all as I just sighted in at 100. I hope to mess around with it more once I have a solid load development for the 338.
The power adjustment is a little "grainy", but not bad at all.
And the elevation/windage clicks were confusing at first. As the clicks are distinguishable, there are two clicks per hash mark on the dial. Weird I thought.
These are the negatives, but don't bother me much as the optics are crisp and the field of view is great. The price from Doug also was the clicher.
Hope this helps!
