I am building a new M700, with a Pacnor lightweight barrel. Do you guys recommend McMillian with the Edge fill, or an MPI Mountain Rifle Compact? Pictures are appreciated!

Given the choices posted I would say McMillan but I would much rather have an AG Composites or a Mesa stock on a light rifle. Cheaper and faster to get.
I’d take a look at AG. Composites. I have a different AG than what you would want for your build. Good quality, faster delivery, less cost. And I have a bunch of McMillans.
i have 2 MPI stocks I bought from and had installed by Extreme Rifle Works, I'm very happy with them. ERW often has over stock or canceled order stocks on hand, so you could likely have your gun finished pretty fast.

I have no McMillans, but the Dakota-style MPI on my '06 Mauser is light, very stiff, handles like a dream, and beautifully shaped.
