Time to start the winter workouts! I've really lost a lot this year, and probably will have to keep lifting through deer season next year. Looks like when you get old, you lose it a lot faster. Currently 5'3", 175.6 pounds, with a 310 bench. The body weight is ok, but I'm about 50 pounds under what I should be on bench. I'm guessing 480 or so with my bench shirt. Not sure I can actually get up to 360. We'll find out, I guess!
